Ethnic Affair Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.
Shipping services are subject to availability and carrier restrictions.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Economy

  • Standard

  • Express

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Free shipping is available on orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (Canada): 1–7 business days

  • International: 14–60 business days
    Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

5. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking, and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking details are also available in your online account.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • We do not ship to countries or regions where service is unavailable through our partnered carriers.

7. Delivery Issues

In the event of a lost or delayed package, we will initiate a trace request with the carrier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of delivery delays.

8. Incorrect Addresses & Returns

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the item cost will be refunded, but the original shipping fee will not be reimbursed.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.
