Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not left the warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the delivery address.

If you wish to change the address to an international location, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees associated with the change. However, if you have placed an order with international shipping and would like the delivery to be made in India instead, the shipping fees will be refunded in the form of a Store Credit.

To reduce your waiting time, we may dispatch the products that are ready first. Since each product may have a different shipping timeline, orders can sometimes be shipped in multiple batches.

Our garments are handcrafted with love using traditional hand block printing techniques and special dyes. Due to the artisanal nature of the process, slight colour bleeding may occur during the initial washes, this is temporary and a part of their unique charm.

Care Instructions:

•  Avoid pairing darker garments with lighter ones initially to prevent colour transfer.
• Avoid wearing in high-sweat conditions during the first few uses.
• Dry clean recommended. Alternatively, gently hand wash separately using a mild detergent.
• Wash separately for the first few washes.
• Do not machine wash.
• Dry inside out in shade.

Slight irregularities in print and colour are natural characteristics of handcrafted products, making every piece beautifully one of a kind.

You can find the size chart on every product page, right below the product details. Since each garment has a unique fit and silhouette, the size chart may vary from product to product.

At the moment, we’re unable to share a confirmed restock timeline. If and when the product is restocked, you will be notified via email.

We try our best to capture product colours as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and camera limitations.

• Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.
• All clothing products take 2 to 14 working days (shipping timelines vary from product to product and are mentioned under every product in the description section as well).
• All International orders will also take 2-14 working days to be shipped but if an order has multiple products and timeline varies then the entire shipment will be shipped together.
• During a SALE, please expect slight delays in shipping due to the sale rush.

Note: Working Days are Monday - Friday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend.

No, returns can only sent back at the cost of the customer. To request a refund please email support@ethnicaffair.com or use the Support button on the website. Alternativly you can use your account to request a refund as well.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive the tracking details via email. Please also check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes these emails may get filtered there.

Yes, we ship internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options and rates for your area.

It depends on your order value and destination. Standard shipping costs less but takes longer, while expedited options get your order to you faster for an additional fee. We offer several shipping methods at checkout so you can choose based on your budget. Costs vary by location and order weight.

• Your Store Credit would have been emailed to you as a coupon code on the same email ID used to place your order.
• Please check for an email with the subject line “Refund”.
• Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder as well.
• While redeeming the Store Credit, make sure you are logged in using the same email ID used for your previous order.
• Copy the coupon code and paste it in the “Coupons” section at checkout.
• The Store Credit amount will automatically be deducted from your cart total.
